Timescale has announced the appointment of Kerri Damm as Chief Financial Officer with effect from June 20, 2022. Kerri joins Timescale as the company continues to see unprecedented growth in its business and the continued maturation of its business model.
Kerri brings to the company more than 15 years of experience across finance and investing. Her career started on Wall Street, working at Deutsche Bank, and then Apax Partners as an Investment Professional where she closed investments with an aggregate valuation of over $13B, across the Technology, Media, and Healthcare sectors.
As she rose, so did her career, spanning technology companies across all stages of growth through IPO and beyond. These included Flow Commerce, Square, and Yahoo. During her time as CFO of Flow Commerce, Kerri oversaw the successful sale of the business to Global-e for $500M. While at Square, she was responsible for launching Square Capital to sellers outside the Square community through partnerships with eBay and others. Prior to Square, she ran Adtech M&A at Yahoo, and deployed over $2B in capital through acquisitions.

Kerri Damm will be based in New York, NY and will be responsible for leading Timescale’s overall financial strategy, including continued investment in Product, Engineering, R&D, and ultimately serving the Timescale community, customers, and developers worldwide. Her experience driving high growth companies, developing new business strategies, and overall investor mindset will drive meaningful results for the company.
Kerri holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Georgetown University.
