To support this growth, we’re seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to help us scale our marketing team.

The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing department. Your charter will be to empower Marketing teams to autonomously build and launch marketing programs. Leading a team of two, you will be responsible for managing the marketing technology stack, marketing analytics, and marketing program operations, while providing the necessary support, training, and documentation to the extended marketing team.

What you will be responsible for in this role:

  • Lead and nurture a team to ensure operational excellence and alignment across marketing initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional teams within Marketing and in BizOps and Sales.

Marketing Technology Stack

Program Management

  • Establish standardized processes for handling requests from Marketing teams, prioritizing work and adhering to SLAs.

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns across all channels.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Develop and monitor marketing metrics tracking and report performance on a regular cadence to leadership

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy across all marketing systems.

  • Conduct regular data audits and implement data cleansing procedures.

  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and inform future marketing strategies.

You could be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing platforms (e.g Hubspot, Hockeystack) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

  • Expertise in analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics

  • Familiarity with data management practices, including data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

You Might Not Be A Great Fit If:

  • You don’t have hands-on experience managing a MarTech stack

  • You don’t have hands-on experience in marketing analytics

  • You’ve never managed a team 

  • You’re uncomfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.

  • You do not have an interest in building your technical skills, and have a passion for developer tools.
