Detect which version of PG the TS package is valid for

I know that you need to use the right package of TS when you install. Eg you need the PG 15 compatible package when installing on a PG 15 server.

But the only way I can see which version it’s valid for, is in the name of the zip file. Is there any way I can read or detect this in any of the files in the zip?

This is for Windows.
